• Move Ahead was established by Clare McNamara in 2004. Following corporate careers in Marks and Spencer and Kelly Services, she has now over 25 years of experience in a variety of businesses and corporations as a manager, consultant and coach.
• Assignments undertaken include change programmes for Samworth Brothers, Smurfit Kappa, Riviera and International, executive coaching and mentoring at City College Plymouth, Spinnaker International and award-winning growth dental practices across the UK, leadership development programmes at Plymouth City Council and the LSC (Learning and Skills Council).
• Clare is the Managing Director at Move Ahead and she works a trusted network of top professionals in a variety of industries to meet her clients’ complete business needs.

Philosophy

• Move Ahead keeps abreast of the latest developments in neuroscience and deploys insights from current research to enable clients to capitalise on the brain’s potential for change. The focus is on encouraging leaders to recognise their unique behavioural preferences and strengths and to understand how their impact on others. This generates adaptations to their communication styles and levers greater engagement and ultimately improved productivity from their teams and colleagues.
